About Me
Starting out as a runner in food television with Rick Stein I then eagerly decided to train as a chef.
Over the years I've worked for some fantastic restaurants and notable chefs, such as Rick Stein’s restaurant in Sandbanks, Michelin starred Leroy and at Ottolenghi Islington.
I enjoy cooking a wide range of cuisines, and use seasonal produce as much as possible. I’m particularly keen on vegetarian based dishes with a Levantine touch.
